The Gardening Blog in the News!

I was so excited when Christine told me that “We are in the Fair Lady Magazine!!” It was such a surprise to the both of us that our “little” blog made it in one of the top woman’s magazines here in South Africa! We are both grinning from ear to ear and had to share this with all our gardening friends!

Country living is the best! Being a true spirit of the earth, my garden is all about vegetables and fruit trees and herbs and chickens roaming free. I was keen to really start gardening when we moved to Philadelphia in 2005, but not your typical suburban-type garden – sterile and bug-free! I wanted an edible garden.

Hi Christine, this is a question unrelated to this blog post – but you posted in 2011 a blog on your new bird feeder (a bottle with red colouring). It came up on a google search that I did. I saw one of these earlier this year and thought it would make a great present. Do you know where I could get one? Google is failing me on where I can get one – thanks for your help!
